<p>visited Rage store(Arcon Plaza) away from my home town, service consultant failed to provide payment slip for the second payment made.. called their call center number provided on the slip to confirm if the payment is reflecting ,.. call gets answered by the machine lets you select a departmant... and then NOTHING, phone rang longer than 45minutes, while i was billed for holding, </p> <p>My question is ... is there anyone working there, and how does 1 get a hold of their queries/complains department?</p>
