My shoe heel broke, first time wearing them!!!!

My mom bought me a shoe for my birthday on the 22nd of January,,, well have never worn the shoes because I’ve Been working from home

Last Friday I decided to try the shoe since I’m back in the office and guess what? The shoe heel broke 😳😳😳 same thing that happened in 2016 with the wedge I bought it pilled off and the boots too. What is wrong with RAGE? I want my money nooooow!!! I need to upload this picture so that everyone can understand.
