My record has been ruined.

I had Rage account since 2018 October i have never missed a payment but now a mere Rage has cost me my credit rating score they have messed up my credit record they said i haven't paid for 6 months ehich i did .When i tried to talk to them they apologize and further say i must have a dispute but note that the reco8will remain in my profile .i only picked this up when i was looking for a property.
