Hello My name is Tebogo Yesterday i took my wife shopping in Mabopane central city which we went to one of Rage store as she wanted shoes for her and our daughter, she found the one she liked when we got home they did not fit my daughter and she needed bigger size, so we packed them back in it's original box with the slip, it was yesterday around 13h00, today i went to exchange for for a bigger size in wonderpark Rage and when i get to the store the cashier open the box and told me they can't assist me because the shoe are dirty, i tried to explain that the shoes were never worn she only fitted them and they were never her size they they called customer care and took pictures of the item when am still waiting there of which am on lunch i felt like i was treated bad, they did not take the shoes photo yesterday @Mabopane when i bought them now i can't exchange them because they are dirty, i didn't even notice the condition of the shoes when i bought them should it been the write size i was not going to complain about it, as a Rage customer am not happy about the treatment i got today at the store, as mentioned i was on lunch and this process was taking long i left the store without exchanging it.
