Money and shoes

i bought 3 shoes using my credit card and the machine was not working so the lady called absa and she gave them my card details and then the transaction was successful but they did not give me my shoes as they told me that the is no slip printed. And when i called my bank to confirm they told me that the transaction was successful and they gave me an auth number to give to Rage so that they can confirm/trace payment.<br> I went to the store, the lady called absa and her head office they didn't wanna give me the refund or shoes.<br> And now i don't have my R760 and shoes. <br> They said they can't help me
