Misleading customers

My name is Dumisani Makanya I saw a bag ( STYLE CODE: W3HLRHH01PUCRONE) on the 3rd but it was sold out online but available in 2 stores that a near me, went to purchase it on the 3rd at Motherwell branch they had 1 quantity available but I was told it's no longer available then I went to Kenako Mall they had 4 quanty available but when I went the I was told they never got the bag at the store or its ****** and your disclaimer online stats that the quantities available are based on the previous day purchases which is the 2nd of Jan 2024 to my surprise today the 4th f Jan when I check again the quantities are still the same at both stores i went back today 4th and I was told it's still not available Can you please explain why your system says the is stock at a branch but there isn't because this was a waste of my time and petrol moving around looking for this bag
