Messed up Rage account system

I am very disappointed with what Rage is doing to their customers. They messed up with my credit profile whereas I made a payment on time. They send smses with ridiculous amounts to pay as their minimum payment. When I called them they told me to ignore the sms because it is not accurate and it applies to all customers. When I go to their store to ask for how much is due for the month and pay it they say I under paid. Theis is system is not intergrated with their head office.

This is really frustrating. They do not follow ups with their customers to check what could be the problem considering that I personally have never missed even a month since having an account with them. All I get is an apology for the messed up system that they have and now my credit profile shows a missed payment. Someone needs to look into this and fix this mess. Hoping to settle their account and close it, for my own sanity. I am done with Rage!!!
