Lost Phone

My wife went to Midrand Boulders Rage store on Tuesday 22 January 2019 to make a purchase of ladies shoes. As she was leaving the store she was requested to sign for her loyalty point to which she returned to do it. She then proceeded to Ackermans store but on her arrival she noticed that her phone was missing and the last time she used her phone was at Rage. She went back to ask if the shop sale person did not see her phone. She even asked to see the manager and requested her to play a footage of her during the sale in the store and was told that the person responsible for camera has already knocked off at 16:30 but it was not yet 16:30 (See attached proof of payment for time confirmation). She was even told by the manager that the footage for that day is not available same day. She went in today and was made to talk to someone form head office who claimed that the store cameras does not record but to my surprise the story has changed from the footage not being available same day to the CCTV not recording.

Kindly assist with the footage as this can be our only proof to determine where the phone was lost.

The manager also gave her an attitude as she explained to her about her phone where she was even made to go search for staff bags
