Lost order and bad service

This was my first and last time ordering online from Rage. it has been 3 weeks and my order has still not arrived. Between Rage and PARGO facilitating the deliveries it has been a disaster.

Today i received a call from a lovely stranger in Pretoria telling me she has my order and we are now trying to arrange how to get the shoes to me in cape town. I have not been able to speak to anyone at Rage today as none of my calls are being picked up on any of the phone numbers listed.

I have been shoved from pillar to Post by RAGE and PARGO trying to track my order down, this is absolutely disgusting. This has been a very unfortunate first and last experience
