LOST MY CELLPHONE AT RAGE

I went to Randburg Square Rage shop around 14:30pm today. I was with a friend and I fitted a leather jacket unfortunately I didn't have a size on the black one I liked and I decided I will check on other Rage shops, The shop assistant (Jessica) that was assisting was following us for some reason. I checked the boots and we went straight to the car and drove back to work on our way we realized my cellphone was missing, we went back to Rage and when we ask the store assistant (Jessica) she said she never saw my phone. I asked to see the camera footage and another store assistant said she has to call their head Office for their IT to send the footage because they have never requested for footage before, to my surprise their IT sent a blank footage and they said their cameras are not working and they are not even aware.

Boitumelo the store manager said she doesn't understand why I had to come back to Rage to report my phone because it must have been taken by one of the customers and that was it she never wanted to attend to it. Her attitude was so bad i asked for the customer care line and I wasn't assisted because only the IVR was responding. The alt number I can be reached on is ***
