Letter to clear my name at credit bureau

I am fuming, angry is an understatement. I paid my account 2 flippin months ago, paid and closed at the Khayelitsha store. The lady(Consultant warned me of this but I didn't take note of it much). I just tried applying for credit and received news that my RAGE account is in arrears....

I regret apply for credit from the people.
