ITC UPDATE PRESCRIBED ACCOUNT

I have been in contact with rage for my itc update the response i got was to dispute with the bureau, why is rage not updating ,my profile with all the credit bureaus as they did automatically when the account fell into arrears ,now the need to send an update for prescription ,i must do it ,and after i send a second email responding BARBRA JUST CLOSED THE QUERY WITHOUT PROPER RESPONSE
