ITC query

I am not happy with how my request has been handled.

I sent an email to RageITC email address inquiring about an account that shows active on my credit report. I was told that the matter was resolved and even given a ref number. To my suprise this morning when I check I see the very same account is still on ACTIVE status!!!!

This has a very bad impact on my credit score and with all the steps I have taken to get this resolved I still find my self being taken from pillar to post, no one attending to my request.

I am not happy at all.
