Irritating

<p>I am so angry with Rage and want to close this stupid account but can never find their stores because they move around so freaken much!! I reported my purse with my Rage account card in it ****** last year on the 25th of September with a case number and all and I still haven't received a new one. I went to Carnival Mall to find there's no more Rage store, I went to East Rand Mall and no Rage there too. I then went all the way to Alex Pan Mall and the girls working there were so rude because I couldn't understand Sotho/Tshwana and I was not even assisted with finding out about when I'll get my card OR even how much I owe on the account because I've only used it once to activate it. I have been calling the ********** 800 number on the sms and it never gets answered. Next thing you guys will list me as a bad credit payer whereas I have to travel all over the freaken planet to find a Rage store!! I want to close this stupid account AS IN YESTERDAY ALREADY!!!! </p>
