Inferior Quality
I bought shoes from Rage at the end of August 2020. I have worn them not more than 4 times since they were bought, this week Monday, before my meeting, the heal came off. I am so disappointed by this. Its been 2 months (only 3 to 4 days of wearing it). I contacted Rage and they said I should have the slip. I don't understand why I would keep the slip of the shoe that I had already worn and never thought I would have to return because of the inferior quality.
