Incorrectly listed on ITC

Rage listed me on ITC, claiming that I am in arrears, i was not in arrears when I paid up my account in September, and I owe nothing at Rage, but is been three months without updating my credit profile, they keep saying am in arrears, I went to their branch at The Boulders Shopping center, they also say balance is zero, but credit profile is in arrears. They messing up my report
