Incorrect credit status

Good day,

Rage hasn't been capturing my proof of payments over the years and now this is affecting my credit status on ITC. My credit status shows that I owe rage R201 and this includes accumulated interest on a payment that wasn't captured in 2018. I have tried to fix this over the years with Immaculate who asked me to resend the proof of payments and still my payments were not allocated. I recently got assisted by Siyanda and she finaly closed my account and sent me a settlement/closure letter but my ITC is still not yet fixed. I have send a couple of emails to Siyanda following up on when my credit status will be fixed and I still haven't received feedback. This is causing a major set back on my end
