Incorrect Credit bureau update

My account has a zero balance. But my credit profile shows that I'm 4months in arrears owing Rage 467.00 which is not true. Upon enquiry they told me that credit bureau upstaes takes 21 days. However it's been more than 21 days. And still nothing. I've send an email to *** and till today I have not received any response. Worst service ever
