INCORRECT BILLING/INCORRECT INSTALMENTS

Totally unacceptable that my wifs billing has been incorrect the past few months and now that someone has to correct their errors, no one is capable of doing so, Their system has \accidentally loaded a purchase"that never happened and now instalments are calculated incorrect by their system"
