Incorrect Account balance & no update with ITC

I have been trying to get assistance from the customer service department regarding Rage doing an update with credit bureau (transunion/experian) that I do not owe them and my account is not in arrears. Evertime I speak to an agent I am told it will be update and I must wait 7 working days and after that nothing. Today an agent told me their manger will come me back at 12pm after their meeting it is now 18:00pm still no follow up or at least doing what they say they will do.
