*********** staff and bad customer service

I called your Eyethu mall rage store yesterday enquiring if you allow for someone to buy a gift card on account if she only gives you her ID as my mum did not have her rage card on her. The person that assisted me telephonically said you allow it in fact she advised that they will use her ID book and call customer care to check and confirm her account number.

So my mother went to the store and to her surprise was told that this process was not possible??? The very reason I called in was so she does not have to travel so far for nothing, How stupid is the staff you employee that they are unable to provide correct information over the phone, what type of customer service training do they get that they are unfami**** with they own polices.

I called to confirm on a recorded call and the information I was given was completely false and based on that my mother waster her taxi money all because of the in-etiquette training you provide to the staff you employ to assist people at the shops you open in the township as If you are merely **** us a favour. I expect that you will attend to this and get back to me. I am truly disturbed that the type of service I get at Jabulani mall and the standard of service received from Eyethu is so different yet you are one brand.
