I am very disgusted with the service at rage. i paid of my account in 2019 and was given a paid up letter. i unfortunately lost the letter when i was moving premises. fast forward to 2021 - the account appears as active on my clear score report...what the hell?? that is so *********** of the store. at this very moment, i am holding on the phone for the past 20 minutes for the lady to send me the paid up letter, very disheartening.
