I bought a mini heel shoe at Rage in Randfontein station mall in December however the strap of the shoe is broken . On 23/01/20 I went to the store , spoke to the manager who was very rude to me and she said to me that I was the first to complain about the shoe ,and that I was " wearing it too much" which is the reason why it broke. She then said I should bring the shoe box so that they can take it back, without the box they can't take it. Does this mean that I should constantly be keeping boxes of shoes I'm buying at your stores? Will I not be assisted simply because I don't have a box ? This is uncalled for, unprofessional and extremely disrespectful!
