I have a concern. It's OK when you guys call us 100 times a day to pay out accounts. When we decide to settle the account then we are being told it will take 21 days for my payment to reflect like really?

I was owing 292 at rage I could not pay due to unemployment. On the 31st of December 2021 i called and made payment and even sent my proof of payment. I made follow up, no feedback. Then I decided to call regarding the payment that I made. And today I get an email saying I have to wait 21 days for my payment to reflect. I have to count 21 days from the 14th of January 2022 for the payment that I have on the 31st of December 2021. So you are telling I have to wait a month and weeks for my payment to reflect that's nonsense.

Please make sure you fix this before end of the week.
