Incompetence and Bad service.

I bought boots last year at Rage Balfour Park, (please note that this was during Covid when you couldn't do any returns) I hadn't worn it yet and it was still in the box. I took out my boots the other day and found that I had 2 right side boots!!! I took them to the store with the box as i cant wear them! The ladies at the store asked for the slip, which i didn't have any longer, they said that they could help me without a slip and said they have a new system, they cannot even scan the barcode from the box. First of all, the name Rage is on the shoe! secondly there's a barcode on the box with all the information you need! I am sitting with 2 left boots that i cannot wear because of some *********** person who put 2 right side boots in the box!!! I want my money back, the boots are of no use to me. Did they not pick up that 2 left boots were sent back to the warehouse?? Really? Did they not see on the system that 2 right side boots were sold??? Incompetence Really.
