I'm very angry with the attitude I was given by a cashier at Carletonville Mall Rage shoe& clothing today who refused to give us the name and she was giving us the attitude , we wanted to return something for cash and she told us There's no refund and there's no way she can refund us with hush voice full of herself with poor customer service, I asked her where is the policy where they state that there no refund and still she gave me an attitude that is none of my business, I'm not happy at all with the service, she has a poor poor customer service, she doesn't know how to treat a customer.
