ILL TREATMENT AT RAGE SHOES STORE AT PRESIDENT SQUARE KRUGERSDORP

Today i went shopping for couple of shoes at Rage President Square Krugersdorp and the bad treatment i received left my heart pounding.I've never been treated so bad like that at a shop. I saw some shoes during the week but i could not buy as i did not have enough money, so today i went to look for it but i could not see it. I asked this slender and tall girl who works there while i was holding the black one.she said to me with an attitude i don't know what boot you are talking about and she went off and continued dancing to the music that was playing in the store. I then went to someone else who took time to see what i was talking about and gave me a chance to explain to her Then the other lady who showed no interest before jumped in and said why is she asking you because i already told her but with such an "I DON'T CARE" attitude. I told her the reason i went to someone else is because u did not seem interested in helping me.She looked at the other lady made a comment and laughed. I asked her what's her name and she said Lerato and when i walked away she said my clock number is ..... which i cant recall. I asked her why are you giving me your clock number and she said so that they can locate me quickly.

I dont know how this lady was hired at Rage , she is so rude and has no manners nore the skills to deal with customers.i went to spend a lot of money there today but the way i was so belittled i just walked out. I have never in my experience of shopping been treated so bad like that or left a shop crying. I dont knw what is the slogan for Rage but it can't be **** YOU to the customers because that's how it felt. I am really disappointed to the brand If Rage continues with hiring such people I'm sure i won't be the last customer to walk out of their stores
