I will never buy anything at rage ,no more ,poor customer service. Never.

I bought shoes at rage on the 06/08/2023 at rage riverside square branch and i returned them on the 10/08/2023 original packaging still new not used the lady that was assisting me was very rude and she told me they don't have money she cant assist i must come back in the afternoon, I understood because it was in the morning.in the afternoon i went back and she told me they only have R160 she cant assist me and its not his faulty that the store doesn't have money so she cant help. I asked her to write something that proof i was in the store within their 7 days exchange she refused she said she cant do that I asked her to call their head office and she did the lady at head office told her to write behind the slip that i came to the store and the store didn't have money to refund me.after the call she told me that she can write that but its not guarantee that will get my refund.no more shopping at rage never bad customer service from the three ladies that assisted me.my contact number-***
