I want to close down my clothing account.

I’ve been with Rage for the past 9 years and the sad part is that they are very bad in customer service’ in the past 3 year that I’ve been trying to close my clothing account but still nothing. To be honest I feel I’m being forced to be with them my life has been a living hell because of that account I have with them. I paid it up but I just don’t understand why they can’t just close it down cause seriously I do not need it anymore. I’ve called, I’ve emailed and all that went in vain.
