I want my refund

On the 31st October I purchased shoes at Rage store at South gate Mall Gauteng the following day when I wear the shoes they where damaged before I even leaving the house. I then on the 05th went back to the store to return the shoes at Louis trichardt in Limpopo since I've travelled to another province I went to 2 stores first store I was told their phones are offline second store they called headd office with no luck of getting assistance almost 2hrs no one picking up the phone they turned me away. The following day I returned was told they don't call head office after 4 then I went back again the store told me no refund after 7 days of purchase I should just do exchange of I which I don't want their shoes anymore I want my R100 cash they Louis trichardt store even told me I should return the shoes where I bought them
