I regret opening the account

I have been paying my account on time,but it seems like they don't update that information on their side,I've emailed them proof of payments, but still no update on my payments,and it's badly affecting my credit score now. I can't wait to close this account. If I could give it 0 stars , I would. Poor service indeed.
