I need this to be fixed.

I paid up my account in November however am getting messages and calls from collections saying my account is in areas. I tried to send all the Pop but I was told by one of the consultants(Nomthandazo Dube) to send the POP as a PDF but it is already on a PDF.

I need this to be sorted out because right now you are messing with my credit score.
