I need refund for the shoes and dress from rage and 7 days of refund they are doing it on purpose, because they dnt want to refund customers

My experience at rage in Polokwane horrible ,I bought shoes on the 29th of May 2025,on the 5th of june went to another rage to return the shoes because I was unhappy with them ,cashiers told said they dnt have money now must return later or take gift card,but my husband told them will go to nearby which is rage in savannah n on 6th June when we return them to rage in savannah they refused to refund and said yesterday was actually seventh day to return them and they cannot refund,we feel rage does this on purpose not to refund customers,also I have a dress which does not fit tried to go to other rage for smaller size with no luck couldn't find it ,I told them I need my refund still they r refusing ,when I say I need same dress ,they say unfortunately if they dnt have I must just take another thing in store and I dnt need another thing.my no is *** ,the head office are the once refusing to refund.
