i need my refund

This morning i bought sandals for my son when u paid at the till it was a lower price was advise that r running 1 day 20% discount, cool fine , however the sandal size i biught dont fit , i go back for exchange for the right size, they dont have , their sysytem says i must check other rage they size they have , i have to go the rage at central walk pretorial both of them i get there and they said they don't have size , me being patience , was advise that i must go back to the same rage at Pretorius street to get a refund , , the cashier call a lady from Their head office to authorize , boom the lady said cant get a refund , her surname is Ntuli , is their policy , n she can ot speak for people in the store about their service , told the lady she is talking nonsense cos as frustrated i was she is representing Rage . within 24hors return cant be done i must be forced to take something else , i dont have a contract with rage , their policy of item on discount must be return within 24hours, she was rude and said cat talk to me further , whose fault is it that their system us giving wrong information , have a nerve to tell me about their policy without understanding . bad service Rage
