I didn't like how how your employees give me feedback to customer service and care because it's seems like they don't know their duties I bought shoes where by I was not longer interested on and I asked for the refund they told me they cannot refund me cool I understood 🤔 then I asked them to exchange item the following day due to 30% sale they agreed very well then the next day which is today I went to them they said they cannot exchange for me due to 30% while yesterday they said it will be possible I even knocked off at work because I ran to ran to Rage truly it's seems like they don't know their story please see the following attachment
