I can't return damaged shoes

<p>Good day my name is Zanele Mashinini and I have a account at Rage. I bought shoes at Rage Middelburg Mall on the 15th April 2016 for my cousins wedding on the wedding day 16 April I wore the shoes and the belt tear apart. I took the shoes back to Rage during the week and they refused to take it. They called the manager on duty and she also refused because I didn't have a slip.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I was very disappointed with the service because I always go to the shop if I need shoes for me or my daughter that's why I even have an account.</p> <p> </p> <p>Because I was dissatisfied with the service , I went back to the shop to ask for the customer care number to find if I can't get help, they gave me a number and that number did not work. I even have the box but I lost the slip because I trust Rage shoes too much because they've always been strong and I never had such a problem before</p> <p> </p>
