I bought shoes yesterday at rage in vaalwater yesterday 12 December 2017 then saw damage I went back to the store for exchange now they don't wanna exchange for me,called their customer service lodged the complain at around 10am with no help

Poor communication s**** Poor Batho Pele Principle 1. Value for money, they don't value my money how can I wear I torn shoe 2. Redress, no feedback from then till now Rage just doesn't know the good customer service how can they keep me waiting like this for the money I worked for,if I wanted torn shoe was gonna buy old shoe from ppl selling old clothes and shoes from street.
