Horrific Experience

<p>Last week I returned a pair of shoes that I have only worn for less than a month. The manager and her assistant advise it was my fault(feet). They were gossiping about me in sotho thinking I do not understood what they were saying. The manager called someone by the name of paulina makopane, advising her it was my fault. The paulina woman advised they will not take the shoe back due to my negligence. After that call I had to sort out myself, putting my shoes in the box then left....I WILL NEVER ENTER THAT SHOP AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
