HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM RAGE SOSHANGUVE PLAZA STORE!!!

Worst service experience from Soshanguve plaza Rage store. I went to the shop to get a pair of shoes and a dress, No one attended me when i called for help, one lady who was at the floor ignored me when i called her. I then decided to go straight to where she was standing to get helped. I requested for a size 5 black shoes, She told me to go back and get the pair for her then she just went back to what she was busy fiddling with.

When I proceeded to the counter to make payment, I WAS A NIGHTMARE FROM THE STORE MANAGER HERSELF. I asked her nicely that i she mustn't provide with the shoe box as i wont/don't have a need for it. She told me straight to my face that i must just throw it at the dustbin because they don't want it. She proceeded by telling me how they don't want to be blamed for anything should there be a problem with the shoes. If you can't work with people please leave Retail. I will never set my foot in that that and as soon as i finish paying off my account i am definitely closing it for good. YOUR STAFF IS VERY RUDE , THEIR ATTITUDE STINKS.
