Horrible service and they don't know consumer rights

Consumers have the right to demand paying the lower price for goods displaying two varying prices, Hi i just visited Rage cresta Mall and because is black Friday all the boxes were marked R99 i then decided to pay it my shock was when i was told shoes is actually R165 its was priced by a new agent and that is a mistake i told them that if it was only one box il understand but all boxes marked R99 it doesn't make sense, and worse all agents and their manager were very rude and manager said she cant do anything because it was done by a new person, i need someone to call me back urgently because im fuming and i want to cancel my account because i have never experience such a horrifying service, the manager is very useless cant make decisions by herself.
