Horrible experiences at Rage N1 City

I have been experiencing such horrible service at Rage N1 City , Cape Town. I have no idea what to do anymore. It's so sad because I am such a Rage fan, through and through!

I have so many complaints about the staff there that I struggle to buy shoes there anymore. I actually stopped buying but went to my sis and mom to buy shoes for my niece.

On Tuesday we were treated so badly, lack of service and their attitudes in general suck. We bought shoes and asked if we could return the shoes if they did not fit my niece, due to covid kids staying home and don't go shopping. We were told we can come exchange the shoe for a different size if the shoe doesn't fit. We then asked if they could check at the back what stock is available in case we need to bring it back, and they were sighing to do so after the purchase. We know on sale items you can't get refund on cash, so my mom went today to exchange it, they were so so rude to her, not excepting the exchange she wanted to pay R10 more of another item due to the fact that the size we require was no longer available, and they refused, even if she had the slip.

This was bought by my sister on her account so surely that should not matter? They were speaking in Xhosa on the phone when they queried about where she can go to get this same shoe at another branch only to be told that the operator can not help.

From their lack of going to go look at the back for what is in stock , to their manners and service. I really would relook how the staff there treats customers. I was never ever greeted or assisted there properly, I am not expecting canal walk or V&A treatment when I shop there but it's close to home and efficient.

So appalled. I would like an explanation as to why we couldn't do the exchange and why staff there are so miserable and have no work etiquette.
