HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM RAGE

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE from Rage head office. I have opened an account with rage and was approved instantly, i didn’t not get the time to go into the store and activate everything therefore I cancelled my account, when I app**** again i was told that they already have my info on their system and i can go to any rage store for assistance! I then did that and was told to call head office so i did and i was told by head office that i should contact ITC to sort the problem out even though this is my first ever account! The people i spoke to at head office was extremely rude.Till today my problem has not been sorted out!!!!! This is truly frustrating
