HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT RAGE LIBERTY MALL PIETERMARITZBURG

On the 16th of November 2019 I went on shopping at Liberty Mall in Pietermaritzburg. I started at Dischem I bought a perfume and muscle recovery powder which amounts to almost 600 rands. Because I was still shopping I went to Rage with kids who were carrying the plastic with these items because the shop was busy and I bought the shoes at Rage the child left the plastic we went back requesting it. The manager by the name of Fazar Naidoo gave us attitude with the girls she work with they told us that they don't have cameras in the shop and we won't find the plastic. My question how come a mall so big doesn't have cameras is the shop did that on purpose to ***** customers valuables? Does the shop have a right to be rude to its customers who lost so much money? Where are the security guards at the mall anti we supposed to be helped by them? To my surprise that I reported my situation to the security by the name of Nokubonga who said I must go home she will phone me later of which she didn't I called her in the evening she said she will check in the morning. The following morning I asked on wattsup to get details about the shop she read my message and never come back to me till today I'm still waiting. I also went to the help desk at the mall they said I must report the matter to the security guard to check on camera of which I I told them that I've spoken to a guard I'm still waiting to hear from but help desk were sympathetic compared to the Rage manager and girls there and security guard who was not helpful. I felt like a fool going around looking for my valuable on the day that was so busy and to such a big mall.
