Horrible customer service just because I'm not black ⚫

Rage Carolina !! Worst Rage I've been to with absolutely no customer service if you're not black ⚫

Firstly, the cashier is on her cellphone talking to someone else, I had to scream twice to get help "Pumi" she shouts. Pumi comes from the back helps the black ladies Infront & only comes to me when I call a third time

I politely ask Pumi to help me with the other foot of a sandal that I like for my son, she replies with "if it's not here then it means it came in the box like that & there's nothing I can do". My friend & I then went on our knees to look for the other pair whilst "Pumi" walked away & attended to another customer

There's no manager at the store & this is the service customers are receiving

Absolutely terrible
