Horrible Customer Service

I purchased a pair of pump on 29/05 at Rage in Johannesburg CBD Albertina Susulu Street. I wore them for a function on Saturday from 10:00am - 18:30pm and when I took them off the back of the one shoes was cracked. I returned it to my closest Rage store and they advised that because it is damaged I have to return it to the store I purchased it at. I went to the store I purchased it at on 01/06 and the shop assistants assisted and called their Customer care department after the assistant explained what happened the lady on the phone who did not introduce herself advised that I cannot get a cash refund I must take another pair of shoes which I DO NOT WANT as the pair I purchased cracked in 1 day. I want my R135 back.
