<p>so this shop has a no refund policy, which they do not tell u about before u buy neh, only when you return their goods, fisrtly not all their shops have clothes so it also become tricky to exchange as you have to go to th eshop with clothes, they shouldhave an open policy where they tell u about their ****** corny refund policy before u buy not when u need the return something, so my stand right now is i wont pay my account until i have returned the top which i bought as a gift but had to return it due to the fact that in all their tops or rather most of them they use less material to a point that it will be in apropriate to wear it i am sorry but at this point that is the best option i get told yes u can swap with that shoe but we dont sell cloths at thsi branch so we cant take the top</p>
