Highly disappointed in Rage Clothing & shoes

I am writing this rwview due to extreme disappointment in “Rage”; I received a sms from Rage on 2nd January 2022 stating” Hi Areej. Happy birthday! We have just added a bonus R50 to your loyalty card as a special birthday present from us. See you soon! XOX Rage.”

On receiving it, I made a special trip to Rage on the 3rd jan 2022 to avail the voucher, spent my time in choosing a pair of sandals, on payment counter, the sales person said my loyalty card shows no reward****ount) , I requested to call helpline, they were of no help said oh your birthday is in october so we can’t give you R50 off now, ignore the sms! ! I said why you sent at first place?? They said u can email to customer service we can’t help you!

Hence i had to pay what i had chosen all from my pocket!
