I Zoleka Piko, bought a dress at Rage Store in Atlyn Atteridgeville 5 days ago, today 6 May 2021 inches tried it on and it didn't fit I bought it with the store account, the sales lady sniffed it and she took it to another sales lady to sniffed it, she went to the back of the store taking it to the store manager and the manager said the dress was washed at first and I told them I didn't washed the dress. They're refused to exchange the dress and the sales lady said that the dress smells perfume it can't be taken back. The customer service lady named Nopumi/Nompumelelo said that if the store they're not comfortable taking back the dress nothing can be done. Now I must pay for the dress that I didn't wore I left the dress at the store, I will never ever going to buy anything from Rage store ever again I will close the account with them.
