a ********** rage account was opened on my name , I logged it with rage sent affidavit and the other documents they requested no one has came back to me and my transunion record is reflecting bad because of this

I have done that already no one has came back to me at all , I did the affidavit , copy of id and signed it as I was advised by the call centre agent that was about 3weeks to 4 weeks back
