Through Clear score, I have noticed that I have an account opened in my name at Rage and it is owing R915 and it affects my credit score. I contacted Rage and sent my ID and affidavit declaring that I have no knowledge of the account under my name. I did this on 10/09/2020 and I was told I would be contacted in 3 weeks or less. when I called them yesterday, I did not get proper indication on whether my name would be cleared and this declaration would then be forwarded to ITC (for my credit score record) and the account still appears on clear score and it is in arrears. I tried to ask Rage agent to send me the letter that they have apparently sent to ITC and I did not get a clear no or yes. This has affected me immensely and I would appreciate it if my name is cleared
